Requirements
The successful applicant will need:
HR Degree or related qualification
Experience (5 to 7 years) providing generalist HR advice and guidance to managers and staff
Knowledge of SA and East Africa employment legislation and practices
Proven experience of operating independently and ability to build good working relationships with senior managers
Experience of working for an international organisation
Ability to analyse and interpret quantitative and qualitative data and to effectively manage projects
Excellent oral and written communication skills
A measurable track record in the areas of management coaching, talent management and employee relations.
