General Education

BA Undergrad (Essential); MA Psychology (Advantageous)

General Experience

5 or more years experience within the corporate environment (Essential);

Project management experience / knowledge (Advantageous)

Experience in the Learning and Development industry (Advantageous);

Experience in the Insurance industry (Advantageous)

Managerial Experience

3 or more years experience of planning and managing resources to deliver predetermined objectives as specified by more senior managers (Essential)
