General Education

Grade 12/ SAQA Accredited Equivalent (Essential);

Required FAIS Accreditation (Essential);

Relevant 3 year Business Management or insurance industry related degree / diploma in management (Advantageous)

General Experience

5 or more years sales experience in a decision making position, within a financial services industry (Essential)

Managerial Experience

3 - 5 years experience in managing others and/or managing managers (Essential)
