•5 years as Production or Packaging Manager

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THIS ROLE
•Production and packaging managing
Effective management, supervision and control of the production and packaging process
Optimal use of resources, (and the interaction between them) including raw materials, personnel and machinery.
Effective management of personnel within the production department.
Cost management of personnel and processes by reducing the total cost of production per unit.
Quality control: ensuring product supplied adheres to all quality requirements before being dispatched.
Stock control: Daily and weekly stock takes and investigating any inconsistencies.
