Brisbane Southside 138 Room Accommodation & Conference Centre is looking to employ a unique front office assistant manager who treats their customers as their own.
Able to work varied shifts over 7 days with a particular focus on the management and set up of our RMS property management software to maximise its functionality and efficiency for the front office team.
This person must enjoy a challenging role within a team environment.
Minimum 4-5 Years Hotel/Motel Front office experience Qualified ability and knowledge of RMS Microsoft suite Excellent communication skills liaise and work closely with all other departments Ability to work 5 flexible shifts over 7 days Committed to a high level of customer service and ability to manage our quest satisfaction programme
