Customer Service Representative - Motor or General Insurance Claims Experience Required
I'm In The Right provides accident replacement vehicles for not at fault drivers. We're heavily focused on delivering exceptional customer service through the engagement of highly skilled and dedicated staff. Our mission is to be the best in the industry and we're looking for Casual Customer Delivery Drivers to help take us to the next level.
Since 2013, I'm In The Right, has grown rapidly supplying over 500+ replacement vehicles to not at fault drivers across the country, with claims, legal, maintenance and customer service responsibilities being managed by 50+ staff.
About the role
Based in Macquarie Park, your responsibilities will include:
Speaking to our customers (inbound calls mainly – But some outbound at times) Provide fast support to customers Data entry (collecting customer details and some important info) Escalating cases to other teams Become part of our team – Be fun to be around.
