Minimum Requirements:
•Appropriate post-graduate degree (minimum: Master’s degree);
•Professional Registration (Pr.Sci.Nat.) with the South African Council for Natural Scientific Professions (SACNASP);
•A minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience in undertaking Environmental Authorisation and Environmental Management and Monitoring on large bulk infrastructure projects is required;
•Excellent communication and report writing skills (English);
•Excellent organisational and project management skills with meticulous record keeping ability;
•Strong analytical and problem solving skills and ability to perform under pressure;
•Ability to work across disciplines and across industries;
•Self-motivated, with excellent interpersonal skills, the ability to work well in a team as well as the ability to work independently;
•Strong values – ethics and integrity;
•The successful candidate will be based in the Western Cape and must have a valid driver’s license and own transport.
