We have an exciting career opportunity in our Fabric Showroom available in our stunning showroom in Kramerville.

Well-spoken, confident and persuasive and able to build rapport making sure the showroom attracts clients, decorators and designers and encourages them to buy - to set and smash our targets!

You will work with interior designers to present the collection, offer advice and help with putting schemes together. Candidates will need to have a strong sensitivity for colour, texture, style and overall design. You must be passionate about the interior design industry with a keen interest in the latest designs and trends.

Duties & Responsibilities

Maintain an excellent level of customer service

Demonstrate knowledge of products along with exceptional selling skills and recommendations

Maintain the highest degree of customer service every day and aim to exceed customer expectations of services and products, thereby ensuring high customer satisfaction continuously

Offering suitable styling advice and a personalised shopping experience

Endeavour to build and nurture a relationship with all clients

Work to achieve sales targets, drive store business and grow the client base

Perform as a team-player and contribute to the overall objectives of the Showroom and Company

Desired Experience & Qualification

Must have Certificate / Diploma in Interior design or related

Exposure in the interior design environment will be advantages

Minimum 2 years relevant experience in a retail / showroom environment

Excellent relationship building skills and communication skills

Outgoing, dynamic and sales driven

Highly motivated, loyal and committed

General business acumen

Presentation skills
