Cake Decorator
3 years pastry experience required, which includes some cake decorating and stacking.
Qualification preferable, but candidates without a qualification and sufficient experience will be considered.
Needs to be able to manage and take ownership of a section in the bakery.
To manage and apply creativity into decoration of cakes, cupcakes, and speciality products for the shop.
To work in a fast, efficient manner and work well under pressure.
The ability to work well with others and help out on other sections of the bakery.
Attention to detail to ensure consistency and the products is up to company standards.
Ensure effective implementation of kitchen procedures for the section.
Must be able to take direction and adhere to kitchen hygiene guidelines.
