Requirements
•Relevant degree/diploma in Procurement or Construction Management
•Minimum 10 years’ experience in the procurement function in the construction industry
•Experience working with commercial building and civil projects, focused on procurement activities such as bidding and tendering, commercial contracts negotiation, contracts management, risk management, and specifically understanding and engagement of subcontractor services.
•Understanding of the availability of services and suppliers across the footprint of the Division’s operations
•Ability to influence and engage with stakeholders
•Good negotiation and analytical attitude
•Excellent knowledge of materials, products and services required for building works
