Requirements

General Education

University / Post Graduate (Masters Degree).

Registered Psychologist

General Experience

5 or more years experience in an organizational development, talent management or assessment specialist or management role

Managerial Experience

2 or more years experience of supervising and directing people and other resources to achieve specific end results within limited time frames
