PRE-REQUISITES

Matric certificate

Resident in the proximity of the Cape Town offices (Westlake)

Own reliable transport preferred (Working hours Mon- Thurs 08:00 to 17:00) and Fridays (08:00- 16:00)

At least two years equivalent experience, gained in a corporate environment

knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures

knowledge of computers and relevant software applications

knowledge of customer service principles and practices

TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES REQUIRED

Effective PC skills, including strong working knowledge of Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint

Accurate and fast typing skills

Switchboard skills

Front line reception skills

Proficient in spelling, punctuation, grammar and other English language skills

BEHAVIOURAL COMPETENCIES REQUIRED

Effective verbal and written communication skills
