Technical work responsibilities
Production planning and throughput; Coordinates services to the plant section; Execution of maintenance plans; Process control within defined recipe; Superior problem solving skills; Minor projects within project guidelines.
Core work outputs
Effective operation of the plant process to agreed business plan and process parameters; Creating a high performing team and a conducive employee relations climate; Administration of necessary systems; Plant cost; Coaching and mentoring; Primary focus is on effective operation of the plant to optimize efficiencies and recoveries and maintain quality of produced products; Operate the plant within a defined recipe to achieve monthly and quarterly targets; Comply to company franchise rules, policies and procedures and have a high moral standard; Creating high performing teams and conducive employee relations climate in the plant; Tailings dam legal inspections and compliance.
