Staff Solutions Australia is currently looking for a Thai or Vietnamese Sales Associate – FX/CFD in Melbourne. Your future role involves all aspects of the sales process up to the point of customers funding their accounts. The majority of the role is telephone based. You are expected to exploit any other sales opportunities that arise, and attend seminars and trade shows occasionally. Full in-house training is given in order to help people reach the appropriate skill levels to perform all functions of the role.

Job Responsibilities:

Assisting the conversion of prospective clients into accounts

Converting failed applications into accounts

Explaining products and procedures

Attending tradeshows, seminars & open evenings

Organizing Online and Face to face meetings

Assisting leads with the account opening process

Assisting demo accounts with the dealing FX/CFD platform

Leveraging and upselling customers first funding

Providing excellent customer service

Establishing good rapport with customers of all status and background

Desired Skills and Requirements:

Relevant Sales/BDM/Relationship Management/ customer service experience

Desirable knowledge and experience of financial industry, bank or similar

Degree or/and qualification

Knowledge in FX/CFD platforms and trading products

Excellent numeracy skills

The ability to meet and exceed sales and performance targets

Excellent communication skills, particularly on the phone

Fluent in Thai or Vietnamese and English
