Job Description


Reporting into the program manager, the Business Analyst will be responsible for:


Working effectively and collaboratively with business, project and technology teams to create and implement solutions in line with business requirements


Running workshops with different stakeholders to understand the priorities and setting up processes to meet the deadlines


Implementing and operationalising record management standards across the business


Engaging with project managers and business subject matter experts to review Records Retention standards, facilitate interpretations, and gather business requirements to acquire an understanding of current state processes and business context


Write and execute unit and integration test scripts - to include high quality testing to minimise overall project implementation risks


Providing support and training to the business to ensure effective utilisation and business adoption


Analyse as is business processes, document to be business processes and complete Business Process Procedure documents (including Standard Operating Processes)


The Successful Applicant


Experience in records management or documentation management (EDRMS, DocuSign, TRIM etc) is a MUST


Analytical mindset, with a keen eye for detail coupled


Excellent interpersonal skills, verbal and written communication in English


Demonstrated experience in analysing and accurately documenting business processes


Strong leadership skills with the ability to speak to stakeholders at all levels
